MOSCOW, Jun 3 (PRIME) – Twenty five miners out of 103 were evacuated from Russia’s Zarechnaya coal mine, which caught fire on Friday morning, a source at emergency services told PRIME.
“A transformer substation took fire at the level of minus 100 meters, 103 miners were inside the mine at that time,” the source said.
